What Your Baby Will Experience Each Day
Responsive, One-on-One Care
Your baby receives individualized attention throughout the day, with nurturing teachers who provide comfort, stability, and predictable routines. We follow your feeding, sleep, and diapering schedule to ensure a smooth transition.
Safe, Stimulating Classrooms
Our infant rooms are calm, soft, and thoughtfully arranged for tummy time, early movement, and safe exploration. Babies engage with age-appropriate toys, books, music, sensory materials, and gentle play led by trained caregivers.”
Early Language & Social Development
Through songs, stories, teacher conversation, and face-to-face interaction, your baby begins building early communication skills. We support bonding, attachment, and social engagement through warm, responsive exchanges.
Foundational Motor Skills
Daily movement activities help infants strengthen head control, rolling, grasping, sitting, and early crawling. Teachers support each developmental milestone at your baby’s pace — never rushed, always encouraged.

How can an Infant Program Benefit Your Baby?
Infants experience rapid growth during the first 18 months of life, and high-quality infant care plays a critical role in supporting that development. At Ivy Prep Early Learning Academy, our infant program is built around research-backed routines that nurture early brain development, language exposure, fine- and gross-motor skills, and emotional security.
Each day includes sensory exploration, responsive caregiver-infant interactions, early literacy exposure, and gentle guided play. By closely observing each child’s cues, rhythms, and needs, our teachers create a personalized care experience that supports physical, emotional, and cognitive growth in a safe, nurturing environment.
Curriculums We Use in the Infant Program at Ivy Prep ELA
At Ivy Prep Early Learning Academy, our Infant Program follows two nationally respected, research-backed curriculums: The Creative Curriculum® for Infants, Toddlers & Twos and Nurture’s Everyday Moments™. These frameworks are designed specifically for the youngest learners and support whole-child development through responsive caregiving, consistent routines, and age-appropriate exploration.
Our teachers work closely with families to follow each infant’s feeding and sleep schedules, ensuring consistency between home and school. Daily experiences are intentionally planned to support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development during this critical stage of growth.
Infants engage in meaningful learning opportunities such as sensory exploration, early communication, visual tracking, tummy time, supported sitting, and emerging motor skills. Teachers use ongoing observation and individualized planning to support developmental milestones from 6 weeks to 18 months, meeting each child at their own pace.
Nurture’s Everyday Moments™ strengthens caregiver-child relationships through bonding-focused interactions that support emotional regulation, responsive communication, and early language exposure. These moments help infants build confidence, trust, and a strong sense of security.
Together, The Creative Curriculum® and Nurture’s Everyday Moments™ allow Ivy Prep to offer an infant program that is research-based, developmentally aligned, and centered on warm, responsive care—so every infant feels safe, supported, and engaged each day.
