Curriculum and Staff at our Staten Island Location

Each of the programs offered at every one of our locations is designed around specific curriculums. These curriculums are designed to identify and track every child’s progress throughout their time in daycare. This way, parents can be sure that their child is making developmental progress as expected for their age group. Our goal is to prepare each child for their future education and build a desire for learning. The early days of childhood are important; we understand that the brain is constantly changing and growing during these days. So, we aim to actively engage every child during their time with us so that they are constantly developing communicatively, physically, cognitively, and socially as expected.

Why Choose Ivy Prep Early Learning Academy?

We understand that you’d look after your child on a daily basis if you could. But, for most parents, this just simply isn’t a reality. So, you need daycare. Well, we aren’t just a daycare; we’re an early learning facility. This means that instead of simply looking after your child and making sure of their safety, we implement early learning strategies. This way, children who graduate from our program are prepared for a future in education. And, they even have already developed a love for learning!

What Parents are Saying About our Staten Island Facility

“The administration and staff are wonderful. I am a first-time mom who was very sad to put their child in Day Care. The administration and staff worked with me and my daughter through this transition and she is now thriving and learning new skills every day. We go to work each day with peace of mind that our daughter is getting the absolute best care.” – Rose D.

“Great staff! My daughter loves it. Ms. Jay is amazing.” – Nicole B.

“Amazing teachers and staff! Sad to be leaving after spending the last 4 years here. After my son turned 1 it was a stressful process of finding the right people/place to entrust with not just the care but also education of my son. After our tour with Ivy League, we knew it was the right fit but still very nerve-wracking. On my sons first day, he walked in like he knew he belonged. Tears were shed for a very brief moment by him as I walked away but when I picked him up I literally had to carry him out kicking and screaming because he didn’t want to leave. And most days we picked him up ended similarly. Through the care and compassion of all staff my son is now ready to conquer Kindergarten and for that, I am extremely grateful!” -Stefanie G.

“Today is our last day at Ivy League, and it was a very emotional morning. The staff helped my family out during a very stressful time, and we couldn’t appreciate them more. The teachers have contributed to the growth and education of our daughter, helping us have a bright, social, funny, and well-adjusted kid. We have grown very attached to the staff and hope to have our paths cross soon. Thank you!!!” -Susan M.

“My daughter has been attending Ivy League Early Learning Academy on SI since May of last year and has learned and has grown so much. I love the relationships she has with all her teachers as well as other staff in the school. There is a real sense of family in the school, which is something I really admire. This is my first child and was really nervous about daycare but after touring the facility the administration made me feel so at ease and comfortable with my decision for my child to attend. It’s been almost a year now and my child is going to be 2 in a couple of months. She has grown so much developmentally, she is talking complete sentences, is very independent, she loves to read and does very well interacting with other peers. I would recommend this school to anyone.” – Demi A.

“My son has been going to Ivy League in Staten Island since he was 11.5 weeks old. Just like any parent leaving their child for the first time your stomach is in knots thinking “Did I make the right choice? “Will they treat him well?” I def know I made the right choice. My son will be two in one week & is so social, knows how to share & talks so much. The teachers treat the kids like their own & work with them to learn new things all the time. Even the staff pitches in & treats the children like their own. I would recommend this school to anyone who has to put their child in daycare.” -Dawn T.
